BELLY GLASS
BELLY GLASS
Belly Glass lives at the intersection of art, ritual, and functionality, crafting bodily glassware that transforms the Mundane.
The designs celebrate the intimacy of shared traditions, merging sculptural beauty with practical use to spark connection and creativity. Each piece is a vessel for for shared moments, a bridge between form and function, and an invitation to gather, reflect, and celebrate.

ABOUT
Whitney
Whitney Vangrin is an artist and creator of BELLY GLASS. She works across performance, video, and sculpture and draws inspiration from film, ritual, folk traditions, and alchemical allegories. She hosts relationship-centered events that blend art, ritual, and food. Through her project, Night Tea, she curates experiences with a fermentation-inspired menu that foster growth, renewal, and connection. Grounded in non-alcoholic traditions and temperance, these events create a communal space where artists are recognized, patrons engage directly, and a thriving artistic community flourishes.
Vangrin’s gatherings go beyond passive observation, encouraging shared experiences that bridge creative expression and social connection. Each event reflects her commitment to transformation and care, using fermentation as both a metaphor and practice to explore cycles of preservation, change, and renewal.
